The things I love about property management are
People, there is satisfaction, in being able to guide an owner through legislation or improvements. the same satifaction when a new tenants says 'we treated them like a real person' or an owner saying 'i am so happy i have my property with your office, you certainly give us the attention we need'

My property management nightmare
Having to tell tenants they need to come back as the property they have vacated is not clean
