The things I love about property management are
when things run smoothly. Our team receives many accolades from happy Owners & even Tenants for doing a good job. Property Management isn't rocket science, you just need to keep accurate records, communicate with Owners and fix things when they go wrong. Also tenants need to know that you are firm but fair!

My property management nightmare
was finding a tenant who had tried to commit suicide by stabbing himself in the chest in his unit. Not pretty! Luckily he survived, although 5 more minutes and he would have been a goner!
