My claim to fame is I help property managers look good by helping get cash $$$$ from the ATO for investors!

The things I love about property management are They look after my properties, tenants and sort out issues for me. Also the good ones get investors to do depreciation schedules

My property management nightmare My biggest issue would be lack of communication especially when my properties are vacant and always seem to want my money to fix problems!!

The future of the industry is not sure, more web based interaction probably? I tend to like when my property managers call and talk to me!
