Communciation is a requirement for a property manager when managing a complaint within a property management department or business.  This letter is used to advise the complaintant that you have received their complaint in writing and that you will be requesting a reponse from the other party, often the landlord or the tenant, for a response before replying to them again.  Using a time line can also be effective.
