In an attempt to have the tenant pay their arrears of rent, one form of communication a property manager uses is letters.  When a situation has esculated to commence regaining possession of the property due to rent arrears, a property manager can use this letter to the tenant to advise that the issue of their arrears of rent has now esculated to the landlord seeking possession of the property.
