Often when people share properties to rent with their friends, tenants move in and out prior to the end of the fixed term tenancy.  When this occurs, it is commonly referred to as a change in the shared tenancy agreement.  A property manager will try and stay in control of this situation and they can use this letter to advise the landlord that there is a change occuring with the current tenancy.
