Following instructions from a landlord to terminate a tenancy and in this case, inline with the end of the fixed term, a property manager can send a copy of the termination notice to the landlord so that they can see when the notice was issued and when the tenant must vacate by.  A property manager can use this letter as a covering letter to that notice.
