If a situation arises when repairs and maintenance are requested by the tenant or recommended by the property manager to the landlord and the landlord states that the repairs and maintenance are Not to proceed.  A property manager may choose to use this letter as a formal confirmation to the landlord of their instructions Not to proceed with the repairs and maintnenance.
