If you are an organisation or individual providing goods and services to the property management industry, you are eligible for apmasphere Industry Member status.
 
Benefits of Industry Membership
1. Access to forum and blog discussion with the apmasphere membership base
2. Promotion of your products and services in your membership profile
3. The opportunity to provide regular expert industry commentary and potential to upgrade to apmasphere Alliance Member status
 
Conditions for maintaining status
1. Non-solicitation: Industry Members can’t proactively contact apmasphere members and ask for business, however an apmasphere member can contact the Industry Member and initiate a business relationship. In summary: can’t initiate, but can respond to a business contact.

2. Self Promotion: The Industry Member can promote their business in their personal profile page, but not in the forums or blogs. However, Industry Members can within reason* reference their business if their viewpoint is relevant to the discussion. *apmasphere moderators reserve the right to suspend membership or remove content that is deemed spam or contains inappropriate or irrelevant use of web links, company name or marketing copy.

4. Dealing with competitors: The Industry Member will inevitably interact with competitors. That interaction must take place in a manner that reflects the community guidelines for the site. No comment or participation from a competitor can be interfered with in a forum or throughout the site unless there are compelling reasons to do so.

4. Risk management: All advice or comments must be general in nature and always contain sufficient disclaimer that further advice should be sought as appropriate to the situation.

5. Disclosure: Industry and trade suppliers must disclose their status upon joining apmasphere by selecting the check box at the bottom of the sign up page. apmasphere reserves the right to ban users if found to be employed by a registered business (with the exception of Property Management/Real Estate offices) but not disclosed as an industry or trade supplier.

Exemptions
Industry Members are not elligible to earn points or win prizes on apmasphere unless elligibility is expressly stated.
