Hello hello, I hope someone can help me, I have started working in the rental department at a brand new office and we’re using Console. The database is currently EMPTY. The first group of contacts I have been asked to set up is ‘Pipeline Sellers’. Can anyone tell me the best way to go about entering these details? Do I group these contacts by customising the view settings under ‘sale properties’ and then set a filter and set up a category called ‘pipeline sellers’? I need to have columns with their name, phone number, email, property address and type of property. The property address is the property they bought in the past (they are an agent’s past contacts) and we want to stay in tough with they as they may want to sell in the future. I guess you could also call the group “past purchasers” or “potential sellers” I’m so confused about how to go about entering the details!! |
