Glenys – we are currently testing the iPhone app with the apmasphere advisory group. It’s looking good but it is hard to know when is it perfect enough for all property managers to use. We’re really excited of course but we need to make sure you will be too. The news this week is that we have our micro website ready to go, we think we’ve decided on a name… and it’s fast. Have you got your iPhone yet? Would you like to see a few more screen shots? |

Glenys – These shots of the iPhone App are from my iPhone this morning… This shot is of the New Property screen and shows where you enter a new property into the App for the first time. GPS and google maps combine to locate and pre fill the address for you. Cool huh/!
The below screen shot is of the search function . Once you enter a property into the App, it and any inspections stays there forever. Handy for re-inspection, especially with the overlay feature which allows you to use a previously taken photo as a back drop.

Hi Jodie – hope it goes well for you. The good news on our app which we have developed further thanks to all the hard work from the apmasphere advisory group http://www.apmasphere.com/forums/11-iPhone-App/topics/357-apmasphere-advisory-group and the result is pretty fantastic. It’s still going to be free to everyone and obviously it’s downloaded through iTunes. We expect to be announcing this any day. |

I know this has been a long time coming, we hoped it would be sooner than this. The good news is though that the iPhone app is now only weeks away from being available in iTunes. We have another build due this week which will allow me to show the community some more screen shots. One more thing, the app will be free! |

We are nearly there! Here’s an update on the screens you can expect to see in our iPhone Application, created for Routine Inspections. The below screen displays inspections, that have previously been scheduled and have now fallen due. Further, there is a record of previously completed routine inspections listed by their address.
Next up: Whether you are adding a title, sub title, description or spot description to your photo the pre defined text makes it twice as fast!
The navigation display for a user will look like whilst they are taking photos. To add another photo to the report, simply select the top left hand side house icon and the app will take you to camera mode.

This looks really interesting. I’m currently toying with the idea of buying an Iphone. This could be another reason to take the plunge Margaret www.dmrealty.com.au
