We have recently been contacted by one of our members using our Field Agent app about a complaint that arose from one of their tenants at a routine inspection. |

I am currently having this issue with a couple of my tenants. Was there any additional comments made by the OFT or Privacy Commissioner that we could use to pass along to our tenants that raise this issue? |

Robert, Do you include a notification to the tenants about the photos within your routine inspection letter to them? Both parties advised there was no specfic clauses to say for or against photos getting taken. Good luck Robert |

No I didn’t include that as part of my letters and I had never thought about it until you mentioned it in your first post. I’m definately going to update my letters though, thanks. |
