For those of you who are new to the site, Espresso is our monthly newsletter that we produce just so you can give it to your landlords.  Yes, we write the content and all you have to do is brand it with your logo and contact information.  I know – cool.

We even have it ready to go out with the end of month statements!

Espresso is one of the most in demand resources on apmasphere at present and to keep is sharp, we are looking to find out what you want from it.  Maybe you like it just the way it is, maybe there is a particular area you would like some help with when it comes to educating your landlords?

There have been a few requests via the Wishlist which we have incorporated along the way but if you would like some specifically, now is the time to let us know.

I dont use the Espresso newsletter in full for my landlords, but I do regularly use it for ideas on articles. I have found that often the articles are quite large and when i only have a small space left in my newsletter I cant make the article fit. Perhaps a few smaller articles, if possible?

I’m really enjoying the Espresso newsletters! I think its nice for owners to recieve something interesting & colourful with their statements & invoices each month.

The newsletter is great, we really appreciate you guys putting it together.  Its quick & easy to adapt with our logo & anything special we want to include to our landlords each month.  Thanks heaps.

We have been using ideas from the News Letter now for a year or so it’s great so thanks. We take the articles we like and put them into our own news letter which we produce and send out through “Vision 6” obviously we make make reference to the source (you guys) What about a commonly asked questions article, new QLD pool legislation explained or how the smoke detector compliance effects us all etc…

Our office needs to get back into sending Espresso out to landlords! It was great for the short time we used it last year and I think very helpful to have something like this fully prepared for use to utilise in communicating with clients.

I am in absolute love with this community website. It makes life asa property manager so easy as I can find all the info and marketing tools to deliver a great service. When will the next edition of Espresso be out?
