We are currently using Gateway 2003 and have been advised by Console that as of the 31st October we will no longer be able to use this version and will need to upgrade to Gateway Live. We would live to hear from other Console Gateway Users in relation to their experiences with the upgrade to Gateway Live and what great benefits, issues etc they have encountered along the way. Has anyone changed from Console Live to another software package which they feel is a better product ? Would welcome your thoughts.

Hi Jenny, In June of this year we left Console, frustrated with the lack of support we were receiving. The system seems dated and illogical. We have moved to Palace (RealBase), they made the transition incredibly smooth with, transferring all information over, fantastic training and online remote support. I would recommend them to any Property Management company wanting to keep up with technology and enjoy far superior systems and support.

We upgraded to Console Live a few months ago. After a few teething problems that only lastest a couple of days everthing is fine. We are going fine and Console support has been great to us in teaching us new things we needed to go from Console 2003 to Console Live Margaret www.dmrealty.com.au
