I have a lot of these! Generally along the lines of; Dear Mr/Mrs LL, I am writing to inform you of some reports I have had from properties which neighbour your property (insert address here). Unfortunately contact from these properties has been to report the large (insert tree type) located (and location). This tree has grown over the fence/s and has started to drop some branches. There is some concern that it may cause damage to neighbouring properties or injury to occupants. I have enclosed a quote from (insert trade) for your consideration. This quote is to cut back the tree and remove all cuttings. I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter. Kind Regards, You!!! Alternatively just give them a call and have a chat about it but go and get a quote first :) |
