How do you accomodate tenants wanting to return their keys when you’re office is closed? |

Im lucky not to have any vacating around this time this year, but previously sent them a self addressed envelope ( the padded kind) to a po box and asked them to return that way or arranged to meet them at the property or the office at a specific time. |

Bit of good planning, like review of vacatings and set appointments if possible. If a bit loose, then have them simply leave the keys in the property with vacating report and Bond refund form and get into it after the break. HTH Ian |

How about keys under the door in an envelope? Too risky? |
