How do you accomodate tenants wanting to return their keys when you’re office is closed?

Im lucky not to have any vacating around this time this year, but previously sent them a self addressed envelope ( the padded kind) to a po box and asked them to return that way or arranged to meet them at the property or the office at a specific time.

Bit of good planning, like review of vacatings and set appointments if possible. If a bit loose, then have them simply leave the keys in the property with vacating report and Bond refund form and get into it after the break.

How about keys under the door in an envelope?  Too risky?
