I was wondering what could be put in a letter to a landlord stating that we have applied for tribunal ? |

I would include why you have applied to the tribunal, what is their breach, the process, hearing date, expected outcome Just to name a few |

Hopefully your property owner is already well aware of the issues with the tenant.. I would ensure that a phone call accompanies the letter. |
