Hi Guys, I have been on the net trying to find the link for the form to send back money to treasury that has been sitting in our accounts for some time. I have many cheques that have been sitting there and not cashed as well.

Hi Kylie, Does this help? http://www.osr.nsw.gov.au/benefits/ucm/lodge/ Here in QLD we lodge with the Public Trustee; from what I understand you would lodge with the office of state revenue. Hope this helps. Margreta |

Thanks Margreta, but I dont think this is the right one for Trust accounts. Trust account money has to be sent back after 2 years. |

Hi Kylie, This link may help you from Fair Trading. The form to fill out and send off to Fair Trading is linked under the Unclaimed Trust Monies section It’s handy to have this form located somewhere within easy reach so that you can lodge this money in January each year for the previous 2 years. Hope this helps :) Heidi
