Yep here’s a doozy for ours – unfortunately our trust account was out of balance courtesy of our bank DOUBLE depositing our bank deposit totalling – wait for it – over $48,000! This caused huge problems for our End of Month for EOFY argh. All good now but geez what a day for our Property Management staff. |
