Hi everyone, It was great to see how many people at the recent Ray White conference were interested in learning more about Apmasphere at Work. We will shortly be posting some more information and demos of the product on the ‘at work’ pages of this site, so stay tuned! In the meantime, I’d love to hear from anyone who has any questions, comments or suggestions about Apmasphere at Work. Post away- I’ll do my best to answer questions as quickly as possible! Eve |

We are looking at changing systems. Do you guys have any advice on what to look out for? What is everyone else using? What’s the best one? |

Well, as you might guess, in my opinion Apmasphere at Work is the only true property management system- not just an accounting system with some property management functionality thrown in. Apmasphere at Work will provide you with the ability to truly manage your property management business, through the use of intuitive and easy-to-use workflows.
However, I am sure there are other users out there who may have a different opinion, and I would welcome contributions from anyone who wants to disagree with me! |

Are you going to have trust accounting? We have tried to run 2 systems in the past and it was a hastel. |

Of course we will have trust accounting- it wouldn’t be a complete property management system without it! |

apmasphere at work will include a workflow for routine inspections, specifically though the process will be managed for you. There’s no getting away from inspecting properties, this is a core element to property management. |

Hi Ellen,
Yes, because at work will know which legislation to apply for every property you manage, based on the location of the property, tasks such as managing bonds will become so much easier. |
