Loved catching up with all the members from around Australia last Friday in Sydney to discuss “what is working in our business right now” Run by Bob Walters, industry trainer, it was a great chance to meet with other delegates and discuss others ideas on the present and the future in Property Management. Anyone interested in knowing more about the benefits of joining Leading Property Managers Of Australia (LPMA), happy to discuss. There are also National awards coming up in April 2010 where you can shine with the best of the best if you enter! Karen |

Do tell us more Karen. I had a look at their website. Quite interesting. It is worth the fees you pay to be a member and to renew the membership. It seems alot of money when you don’t know what exactly they do. What benefits have you found with being a member |

Hi Margaret. LPMA is a group of likeminded property management focused businesses. Members have access to hundreds of pages of PM learning materials as a part of the membership fee, plus product and training discounts. Many LPMA members also promote their membership as a point of difference over their competitors to win more business. Please visit www.lpma.com.au for more info. Bob Walters |

How often do you have the industry chapter meetings and networking gatherings? And at what cost? Will you be coming to North Queensland to do some of this? We find it really hard in Townsville as the training generally doesn’t come up this way. That is why I am always on the search as to what is happening in the industryand any new ideas. This site has been great for that. Through this site I have found Bob Walters training and I have already bought some of his fabulous CD’s. Some changes are being implemented in our office as we speak after viewing those CD’s. I can only presume that if Bob is involved with this LPMA it should be pretty worthwhile. I’m just not sure how we can get access to it properly from where we are. Any solutions? |
