Im new to your forum / community.  To better adquate myself w/ Property Managers (currently have numerous clients) I’d like to hear your concerns / feedback or position on not only Video Surveillance / Access Control / etc…  but where does the role of responsibility start – Tenants or Mgmt Group in choosing what type of system. 

What level of access is of most concern?  {Tenants generally get Front Door of some type, what about other common areas – garage / laundry / etc..do you see as important an often overlooked}
