Years ago there was a poem going around that was called “I am a Real Estate Agent”… it was quite long and really got to the crux of the things we have to deal with on a daily basis… Does anyone have a copy by any chance? I’ve searched the net and can’t find it anywhere… Also – last month I think when she was latest and Greatest, Amy Brien wrote a few things about the broad number skills we need at Property Managers…included were dealing with suicide, being a counsellor etc. I can’t find it anywhere now, can you help?
