Hi, I am very new to the Real Estate Industry. i have just completed the REIQ Registration Course and hopefully will be registered with the OFT as soon as possible. I never thought I would go into real estate but a chance phone call, a bit of luck and i am hooked. i hope this will be the first of many posts as i am sure to be in need of some experienced advise, not only from my employer but from the wider real estate community. Thank you Emily and Kath on your welcome to Apmasphere. i have been reading a lot of the comments made on here and have been able to learn some new things. Previously i was only a tenant, however since working in the real estate community, it is amazing just how much work goes into promoting, selling and renting real estate. The daily tasks are interesting and informative. I had NO idea the amount of “behind the scenes” work that goes into maintaining, issuing, invoicing, filing, etc to ensure that the office runs smoothly.
