For a bit of work relief – and a laugh – I thought we may all like to share our gripes in life (not necessarily PM related) and pet hates. |

A couple of mine, are kind of work related – I just cant stand spelling errors in advertising and in general anything posted on the net. Yes a lot of them are probably typos – but I especially hate them in advertising. Umm
My second is when people upload photos on realestate.com (or whichever site) that are sideways!!!! Doesn’t take much to put these the right way up instead of people having to stare at their monitors like an emu with a broken neck, or stand on their heads!!!
Mmmmmmmmmm that feels better!!!! Anyone else like a little vent???? |

When you put the words “No viewings available – tenancy sign up pending” on your realestate.com.au ads not only in the heading but in the main description, and they STILL ask you when they can see the property or if it is still available. |

We have a local agent who takes several photos of the front of properties and that is it! As I am looking to buy another property myself I am getting very frustrated seeing 5 different angles of the front of a property! Also we have another agent who not only advertises the address of the property but also takes photos of the street sign to make sure you know what street it is in! |

Ashley-Murray, we have an agent who rarely takes photos at all, so all of their properties on realestate.com.au are feature a photo of their office. I just wonder if their owners check as it is not really giving their property the best exposure.

We encourage all of our prospective clients to check out the other local agents websites and the photos they display. We also are the only agency to have a full colour professionally printed brochure for our rentals so we advise our landlords to check out how the other agents advise their properties as we know they only do photo copies of photo copies and you can hardly see the photo at all! |

Ashlee are your ‘professionally printed’ brochures at the agency’s cost? Or does the client pay an additional fee? |
