Conflict Management/Communication

Presented by Amy Sanderson

A good property manager should always seek to understand how he or she identifies conflict. Ask yourself questions such as: How do I identify conflict? How do I know who is at fault? What should I do to eliminate conflict?

Before you can begin getting the relationship back on track, you need everyone involved to calm down and re-focus. Do not get involved in debate or let emotions take control.
