It has been another considerable year for the Real Estate industry. 2010 will end the way it began; with another significant legislative change that will impact both sales and property management. What changes do the upcoming pool fencing laws bring and what does it mean for our industry? Do not miss this morning tea information event that will inform you of all that you and your business needs to know about the new pool safety and fencing laws plus provide for best practice discussions. There will also be an update on the Property Agents Act 2010 (which will replace the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2000 in the near future) plus a discussion about the RTA review of the 2 months without grounds provision. This event will be of benefit to licensees, salespeople and property managers. |

Thanks Kassandra, you sure have made my day!!! Not at this stage Melanie, I am offering private training in house. However am going to be doing a fresh new course called RENTAL PROPERTY MATTERS which will include pool laws however that won’t be until the 3rd February North Brisbane and 17th February 2011 for South Brisbane. The Queensland Government have released dates and times for FREE information sessions about the new Pool Laws, starting 18th November 2010 in Brisbane. These are must attend events for PM’s and Salespeople. Dates and Times have been added to the apmasphere calendar and events pages or you can view through my website by following this link. |
