Hi Everyone, We are interested in hearing about your Best or Worst (if any) conference experiences… Which one has been your favorite? What is the reason most people flock to these events? Is it the local and international speakers, the trade expos, prizes, the party’s, bonding with your team, the info we can take back to our agency, the networking or possibly finding a new employer? i know for me it is the motivation that we can take away with us from the high energy speakers (plus winning a $200 red balloon experience voucher at an event i attended last year) |

Hi Dale, Im actually attending my first one this June (PPM) and am very excited ! ! Im most looking forward to catching up with other people in the industry outside of my own town, finding out if there is new and better ways of doing things, and basically getting a refreshed kick start from the motivation speakers! |

Hi Dale, I think conferences are fantastic for the obvious reasons..not to mention that you get a day off work! It is the education that I think is one of the best things. Networking with others in your industry can be very inspiring. The freebies are always good! |

Networking is the Key! get as many contacts as you can. I always have a few contacts I can touch base outside of my area who can offer fantastic suggestions, and think out side of the box when I cant. I love the energy, and the tricks of the trade that you can pick up, and also knowing that were not alone day in and day out. We have eachother for support when needed. |

we attend a lot of Ray White based events and also bob walters training. Both are great bobs course bob the rent roll builder was really good great stratagies, marketing methods and advice but the best conference i have been to has been the Ray White Wealth conference that was really good lots of information, the passport idea and give aways were great, it was really good for team bonding and the different lounge areas gave everyone a different experence i would have to say that this is the best conference on offer for property management to date. |

I would like to see more property management based topics at these conferences. There are not many times that there is a whole room full of property managers & I would like to see this time used wisely. I feel that there are too many generic motivational speakers etc, when the content should really be specifically tailored to us. I do love the opportunity to network & make new connections. |
