The Role: Very rarely do positions come along like this! Especially with such a successful Central Queensland office.  Working as the Head of Property Management and reporting to the Principal you will be responsible for implementing and controlling all day-to-day activities within the Department of two offices.  You will be in charge of  a team of 8 in the Property Management department and will assist with the growth of this rent roll and the development of their name and brand within their market/area.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

·         Property Management License

·         Experience in Trust Accounting

·         Must have minimum of 4 years plus in  Property Management

·         Successful experience with managing and leading a team
