The Role: Property Manager – Adelaide Southern Suburbs – SA We are on the lookout again for a new property manager to join our clients well oiled machine! Located in the Southern suburbs of Adelaide we are after someone that has or is a current property manager, that knows what to do and how to take the knocks and is able to perform everything that is necessary with property management. What you wont have to do is the trust accounts or any business development work at all!
If you are that special person that is looking for their next opportunity to join a team or to take on a role where you are appreciated then we need to talk to you now. We would prefer it if you have at least 2 years experience, have your SA Real Estate qualifications and are a team player who will work hard to “fit in” with a progressive and innovative team. You will be expected to be able to perform all of the relevant day to day property management duties and manage a portfolio of 120 properties that will rise to a maximum of 160.
We expect you to also be able to show us the following:
• Current clean drivers license • Computer literate and have excellent communication skills • Self motivated, well organised and customer focused • • Committed to providing exceptional customer service • Enthusiastic with an attitude focused on achieving results • Be a people person
A little about the Client: Our client is based in the Southern Suburbs of Adelaide, they have a well known and recognised brand and a great team and principal to boot!
What is on offer: On offer is a starting salary of $45,000 plus super, full use of a company car and mobile phone, plus an awesome team environment!
