The Role: Residential Property Manager – Richmond, NSW

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager, who wants to take on the role of Property Manager for our client based in Richmond.

The main tasks would include:

· Liaise with Tenants and landlords
· Full property management duties
· Ability to help grow the rent roll
· Knowledge of Console
· Be able to manage a portfolio of 80 properties including month end.
· Have a customer service focus
· The correct qualifications to be able to work in Real Estate in NSW


This is a full time position and we need someone with a mature outlook, great time management and strong dedication of taking ownership of this role. You really need to love property management and will treat this role as if it’s their own business.

A little about our Client: Our client is located in Richmond, NSW and has a strong presence in the area and great contact with all the owners. This role will not be micromanaged and you will be able to run this portfolio as your own office with a great location profile. The office will offer you great support and enthusiastic and passionate team to work with as well as a super positive environment.

What is on offer: The salary package will be negotiated based on the experience of the applicant and a mobile phone and car will be provided.
