The Role: Residential Property Manager – Mackay – $42 – $45 + more and no Saturday work!

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who is living in or around Mackay or perhaps someone that is prepared to move to this great part of Queensland. You will need to have your QLD registration and as mentioned previous property management experience.

The main tasks would include:

• Liaising with Tenants and landlords
• Full property management duties
• Ability to help grow the rent roll
• Knowledge of Console
• Be able to manage a portfolio of 110 – 130 properties
• Have a customer service focus
• Monday to Friday with roster for after hours (phone) and an RDO to cover this

This is a full time position and we need someone with a mature outlook, great time management and strong dedication of taking ownership of this role. You really need to love property management and will treat this role as if it’s their own business.

A little about our Client: Our client is located in Mackay, they have a well recognised National brand and they do look after their staff. The office also offers great support and enthusiastic and passionate team to work with.

What is on offer: A starting salary of $42 – $45K plus super and use of a company car during the day and mobile phone. If you use your car at any stage you will be reimbursed for this.
