The Role: Portfolio Property Manager – Springwood, Brisbane We are seeking a motivated Portfolio Manager to join our clients successful Property Management team at their Springwood Office. You will be supported and trained by industry professionals with extensive experience. This business is growing and the team has room for another member with a passion for property management. To be successful in securing this role, you will demonstrate: A current certificate of registration A current driver’s license and well maintained car Console and PM Boss experience Presentation and communication skills of the highest standards Demonstrate a sound knowledge of Property Management processes and applicable legislation Minimum of 12 months previous experience working in a Property Management team The role involves: Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors arrears management Lease renewals (with the assistance of support staff) Maintenance, task and time management Invoices processing Manage bonds /disputes / Court cases Leasing / Open Homes Routine Inspections / Reports Managing a portfolio of ~120 properties A little about our Client: Our client is located in Springwood, operating only in Property Management and Investments. Recently relocated to a new revamped office. What is on offer: A starting salary of $45K plus bonuses and commission, a mobile phone is supplied as well as vehicle allowance.
