We help candidates and employers find what they looking for.The Role: Residential Property Manager – Red Hill – $40 – $45K + bonuses!We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who is living in or around Red Hill and is looking to move to a young and vibrant fun team! Yes you will need to have your QLD registration and yes you will need to have previous experience however we want someone who has that awesome attitude and LOVES people and property.

The main tasks would include:

• Liaising with Tenants and landlords
• Full property management duties
• Ability to help grow the rent roll (BDM)
• Knowledge of Console
• Be able to manage a portfolio of 110 – 120 properties
• Have a customer service focus
• Work hard for all parties concerned, but have fun as well!

This is a full time position and we need someone with a mature but fun loving outlook, great time management and strong dedication of taking ownership of this role.

A little about our Client: Our client is located in Red Hill and a well recognised brand and they do look after their staff. The office also offers great support and enthusiastic and passionate team to work with. The majority of properties in this portfolio are located on the south side of the city.

What is on offer: A starting salary of $40 – $45K plus super and use of mobile phone. You will need to use your own car however our client supplies a fuel card for this (cars are coming soon!).
