We’re looking for an enthusiastic, results driven Department Manager to take this team to the next level.

While initially you’ll be responsible for a portfolio, we expect this will change quickly.  There is a BDM in place who is ready to bring in considerable numbers, so it won’t be long before you’re looking for a Property Manager to take over.

You’ll be responsible for all areas of Management including reporting to the partners, bugeting, overseeing staff, KPI’s for the Division, team and one – one meetings, customer service and compliance.

The person we’re seeking has at least 5 years experience, has managed a team and has proven results.  They have a clear vision of how an ideal Property Management Department should look, embrace technology and above all, have a customer focused attitude.  Console experience desirable.

The partners are looking for a long term Department Manager and you will be rewarded accordingly.  Base salary circa $70,000 + car (if required)+ generous bonus scheme.  You will be supported through the Harcourts Property Management Programme with Business Plannning, on-going training and the support of other Department Managers in our group.  Harcourts will be a positive change!
