Residential Property Manager – $45 k to $55 k plus

We are looking for experienced Property Manager’s for several positions located in and around Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and North Queensland.

Strathpine, Red Hill, Springwood, Everton Park, Browns Plains, Ipswich, CBD or perhaps you may be considering a relocation North Queensland. Excellent roles up that way as well.

Yes you will need to have your QLD registration and yes you will need to have previous experience however we want someone who has that awesome attitude and LOVES people and property.

You will understand these duties:

• Liaising with tenants and landlords on a daily basis
• Dealing with entry, exit and routine inspections
• Handling maintenance requests in a timely fashion
• Working knowledge of Console and REST
• Be able to manage a portfolio of 120 plus
• Have a customer service focus
• Work hard for everyone but making sure that you having fun as well!

Most of our positions are full time and we are keen to talk to you if you have a mature outlook, great time management skills and the ability to be able to take ownership of your role.
